Reservation Requirements

Requirements to reserve a unit, the buyer needs to fill out the following  forms:

- Reservation Agreement Form

- Buyer Information Sheet

A reservation fee for Php 25,000 for unit and Php 25,000 for parking (optional).

Requirements need during reservation:

2 Valid IDs  (sample below)

- TIN Card,  Unified ID,  Passport,  SSS,  Driver's License,  Company ID

Complete requirements for the Bank Loan (For Locally Employed):

1.   1 month latest payslip 

2.   Employment Certificate with compensation

3.   Company id

4.   BIR TIN

5.   2 valid Ids (government issued for both spouses if married))

6.   4 pcs 1x1 pics (for both spouses if married)

7.   Marriage contract (for married)

8.   CENOMAR (Certficate of No Marriage for single)

9.  Proof of billing;

10.  ITR 

Additional Requirements for OFW:

12.  Job Contract 

13.  Consularized SPA (Special Power Of Attorney)

If the buyer is unavailable to transact, he or she can assign a representative to transact on his or her behalf.
