Will generator sets be provided as back-up power? If so, how many? What is the capacity for each? Will this be enough to provide power for the entire building?

ANSWER:

Yes, there will be two (2) generator sets for back-up. The minimum capacity of each generator is 500 kw / 625 KVA. It only provides power for: all common areas, one lighting bulb, and one outlet for one refrigerator for all residential units.
